It says no flaking or smudges which was why I bought this mascara just to see that was a lie. Flakes & smudges more than any other mascara I've used. This is already my 3rd bad experience using Kylie cosmetics ugh

When I put it on it immediately feels like something got in my eyes, I think that's from all the flakes it gives off. 30 minutes after wearing it I see tiny flakes all under my eyes. It also feels like I'm putting on a mascara that's running low like there wasn't enough juice or something and I thought that from the very first use
