I received nothing for this review - it's my personal opinion and I only leave reviews when I'm super impressed or super disappointed. Speaking as someone who feels like they consistently are purchasing skin care and nothing does what it claims - this works for me. For reference I'm the big 5-0 and feel like my skin looks lackluster. It's on the dry side but can go combo in the heat. We live in the mountains and winters sap every last bit of moisture from my skin. It is not sensitive and I rarely have breakouts or issues with skin care products. I have slight discoloration from sun and age. I put this on after washing my face at the end of the at first. It definitely made my skin glow, absorbed quickly and was not greasy. My skin felt softer to touch. Impressed a few days later I put it on in the morning and let it absorb prior to putting on my makeup. I had zero slide - everything stayed perfectly AND it looked like I might have a little happy glow happening. I've been using it daily for almost two weeks. My skin looks clearer. The discoloration is not as prominent. It is definitely softer than prior to use. This is a huge plus as my skin will feel softer after applying moisturizers but it seems to fade in a few hours with this it isn't fading. It absolutely gives me a great glow - not greasy glow - just healthy. I've purchased skin care many times the price of this and haven't seen a quarter of the results I've seen with the Rice Glow Oil. I'm super pleased with the results and will absolutely be trying other products from this company.
