Received a defective tube
The ligquid serum just pours out, I must have a defective tube where the roller wasnt placed under any tension. It comes out like turning on a sink faucet, wastes a ton of product and you cant use the roller. Not happy considering the cost of the product. Ive used it twice, havent seen results like ...

The ligquid serum just pours out, I must have a defective tube where the roller wasnt placed under any tension. It comes out like turning on a sink faucet, wastes a ton of product and you cant use the roller. Not happy considering the cost of the product. Ive used it twice, havent seen results like others. I typically use mac products but wanted to try this and see what all the hype is about. Im going to exchange this with a non-defective dispenser and see. I dont get the hype, this isnt any better (so far) than a $15/$20 ones. I swear by my mac and lancome ansolute products but occasionally I venture out to try new things.

Ive tried a ALOT of anti aging products and i was sadly not impressed with this one i gave it a month and i was so hopeful it would make any difference at all, but it has not i dont feel like ky skin looks any different so i will not be repurchasing i do however love kates other products so ill try a few more.

Love the product and the roller but hate how the product is dispensed out of roller. It either doesn't come out or it gushes out. It's too expensive to have it run down your face.

I recently ordered a serum from Kate Somerville as my first purchase and tried it out along with the repair cream. The product felt nice and had a soothing effect on my skin. However, when I started using it alone at night, like in the first attempt, I noticed my skin starting to peel off. It was strange to see small particles all over my face. I think this product shouldn't be used alone and should be made gentle enough for all skin types. I tried to contact customer service regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response.
