Received a defective tube
The ligquid serum just pours out, I must have a defective tube where the roller wasnt placed under any tension. It comes out like turning on a sink faucet, wastes a ton of product and you cant use the roller. Not happy considering the cost of the product. Ive used it twice, havent seen results like ...

Hate the tube packaging
I didn't see much difference on my skin but also didn't make my skin look worse. My biggest complaint is the old tube packaging which unfortunately is what I received from the 21 d sale. If I roll the applicator directly on my face, the product gets squeezed out form the end of the tube instead of getting distributed and rolling onto my face. Best way to apply is to squeeze it out on my hands, for which i would rather having a normal squeezing tube tip.
Received Old Packagaing
I purchased this based on the product description and picture shown online but received the item with the old, completely different primary packaging. It has a roller application which is inconvenient and an inefficient application.

Use this after you micro needle. Your welcome. It's fabulously repairing and nourishing and now repackaged. I personally didn't have any problems with the roller but did think it wasn't necessary.

I typically use mac products but wanted to try this and see what all the hype is about. Im going to exchange this with a non-defective dispenser and see. I dont get the hype, this isnt any better (so far) than a $15/$20 ones. I swear by my mac and lancome ansolute products but occasionally I venture out to try new things.
It's okay
Ive tried a ALOT of anti aging products and i was sadly not impressed with this one i gave it a month and i was so hopeful it would make any difference at all, but it has not i dont feel like ky skin looks any different so i will not be repurchasing i do however love kates other products so ill try a few more.
