Amazing hold + no frizz and no build up.

I love when products provide multiple benifits, so I absolutely LOVE Joico's JoiMist- Firm. This formula is like liquid gold and my new Holy Grail styling product. I want to be careful not to call this a hairspray because it's so much more than that. Yes, it provides EXCELLENT (I'm talking wind p...roof, dancing proof, even workout proof!) hold, but it doesn't make my hair feel crispy, crunchy or dry at all. When I spray this on curls, they stay ALL DAY which is amazing in and of itself because my super heavy, thick, long but super fine hair doesn't like to hold a curl at all. This is perfect for achieving that toussled look, as it gives my hair some much needed texture and volume. And of course, it provides the superior hold for the clean, sleek, dramatic looks too. Instead of making my hair look dry and dull though, this seems to provide a healthy shine, with not a hint of residue by the day/nights end. Another major pro to this formula is that it doesn't build up in my hair. It doesn't get sticky or goopy when wet and it washes out well. I can style my hair with this and easily brush my hair when I'm ready to change the style up. It isn't damaging either- not even a little bit. For me that's HUGE because my hair breaks when the wind blows. On top of that this is, without a doupt, the frizz fighting, anti-humidity champion! I brought it with me on my recent PR vacation where temps were in the high 90s and humidity was as high as 89%! While my body was profusely dripping with sweat every night at dinner, I had not a single hair out of place! No frizz, no craziness, no fly aways. And trust me- I've tried everything to combat these issues in the past, but nothing has delivered on the frizz busting claims like this formula has. The large aerosol can has a push down top that produces a wide, super fine mist. It goes on so light and I think that, in combo with the excellent formula make this so effective.
