FIRST OFF there clearly is an issue with those who work at Ultas warehouse! They take no care in how they package items to be sent out to customer's! The items always come damages and spilled all over the packaging / box! It's pretty tiring really that customers have to deal with this! Second off; these products have CHANGED!!! And all these companies making these cheap changes to products, are ruining the products! This isn't the same! It does not hold at all like it use to. It even makes the hair feel as if you've added extra oils to it, Weighing it down. I am noticing more and more of these companies making these poorly changes to products for the worse! Whoever these people are that make these changes to products - should stay out of the business! You not only Ruin the product but Ruin the business causing customers to leave again. Between the poorly "new" product and the fact that Ulta employees at the warehouse don't care for Quality and customers goods, this was an all around disappointment! STOP CHANGING PRODUCTS!! No one likes the mess being made to these product so the company can be cheap!!! IT NOT THE SAME AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Shame on you for it Joico
Hate the new formula
This was my go-to product until they changed the formula. It used to smell like oranges and i loved it but the new smell is so strong that i had to stop using it. Please bring the old formula back!

Joico - read the comments!! People that have been using your product for years are upset at you for changing the formula from your grey bottle. I don't care how nice the new bottle looks, I need the product to work and this new formula DOES NOT!! I have naturally curly (3B) hair and your product no longer holds my curls, has no definition and leaves it frizzy!! Please bring vack the okd formula!!
