You'll need to apply this with your finger because it doesn't take well to brushes. The consistency is good, spreadable and bendable before it dries down, and not sticky or tacky. Super cute, issues with drying out
I really loved the shade and shimmer, but mine dried out super quickly (maybe within a month), no matter how much I rehydrated it. Granted, I don't have as much practice with jelly/putty eyeshadow formulas, but I felt I did a pretty good job of closing it when I wasn't using or applying it. Ironically, when I put it on my eyelid (I have hooded eyes), the shadow wouldn't necessarily crease, but it wouldn't build up well and would only move around. It also burned my eyelid in some parts, but only occasionally, and that probably comes down to sensitivity on my part.

i used this for mardi gras & it lasted me a good 17 hours! you definitely don't need much at all, it's very pigmented. so it's great for the price. it is glittery but came off easy with makeup remover.
