- Wash and dry your hair, comb your hair thoroughly (Other than heat protectant for hair, do not use any spray, styling agent or other inflammable chemical hair-care products) then wrap a towel around your neck to avoid possible skin scalding
- Insert the plug into a power socket, Press the "Power button" for 2 seconds to start the appliance, then the appliance will work at level 2(360℉/180℃ defaulted). Meanwhile the lonic will switch on
- Press "power button" to choose levels according to different hair types
- While heating, the LED of corresponding level will be on. After heating to set temperature, LED will be lit long, and the lonic indicator will switch on in blue

My favorite hair tool
I cannot even begin to say how much I love this thing! I've completely retired my trusty Chi. Straightening my hair has never been faster or easier. Fyi- my hair is shoulder length.
Not worth it
I have thick wavy hair and even sectioning my hair into sections and slowly running this brush thru each piece of hair it doesn't straighten and leavsy hair frizzy. I would rather use my straightener and save time
Travel iron
I got this for my travel and it is great for touching up my blowout and keeping it smooth.
Not useful for me
I misread the description- thought it was a dryer-type brush but this is simply a brush that gets hot. I personally did not find it helpful since I first have to dry my hair and then use it and I prefer to use my hair straightener we're straightening my hair.
