Not so sure about the 'fragrance free' part
I was so excited to try something that might make my skin less itchy! Right away upon opening the container, it smelled like old coffee grounds. I love the Amlactin cream.
I still have the former version. The older version had purified water and emulsifying wax, the new version does not. So it is not the same formula, but mostly is. I assume it will not feel quite a thick as the old one. I will find out soon when I try.
Night & Day
I got this for my hands initially because I've had to progressively get stronger and stronger hand creams. Winter temps and constantly washing my hands have dried them out so severely that I developed cracks and occasional bleeding. I used this ONCE, and felt so much relief in my hands. My hands finally weren't burning from being so dry! It didn't feel greasy and a little goes a long way. I'll never not have this. I'm so grateful i stumbled upon this find.
A Staple in My Routine
This product is s game changer and has become a life saving staple in my routine! My rough, bumpy skin, caused by keratosis pilaris, LOVES this product. My KP has decreased significantly, skin is smoother, skin isn't scaly, and it really does last for over 24 hours on the skin. The smell doesn't bother me at all, and it's not strong. It's not your typical sweet smelling lotion. But for a product that genuinely works and gets the job done, I dont mind.

My boyfriend has commented on how soft my skin feels. This stuff is no joke! The only downside is that its just a little stinky. Nothing too bad, but i have a sensitive nose and although it is technically "unscented", something in it (probably the lactic acid) had a weird odor that lingers for a few hours. I usually put it on at night and the smell is gone by morning. That honestly will not stop me from buying this lotion, I really love it. Just want to warn others that this is definitely not something you put on right before stepping out the door. Still 9/10 for me, I reccomend for anyone struggling with uneven skin tone, rough texture, ingrowns, or keratosis pilaris.
Best moisturizer for dry skin
I love this. The price is amazingly good and it actually works for extremely dry skin from the winter. I can't wait to get more. Use all over your body
