Not so sure about the 'fragrance free' part
I was so excited to try something that might make my skin less itchy! Right away upon opening the container, it smelled like old coffee grounds. This cream works miracles on extremely dry & rough areas. I love using this cream at night to let all the moisture work its magic overnight. Can't wait to use this in the Winter when my skin is even drier! I love the non greasy and velvety cream texture.
