As a primer, this would go on after your moisturizer, but before your foundation and concealer in the areas of concern. They continue to lie to us anything with dimethicone or simethicone is not and then hydrogenated vegetable oil these are the ingredients and this is supposed to be instant smooth perfecting I don't think so don't bother even buying this product. I'm glad I was able to try it as a sample before I bought it

I bought this a few weeks ago hoping it would suffice as a smoothing, mattifying primer. And it does. A little goes a long way. I applied it after moisturizing and it was the only primer I used that day, applied my make-up and setting spray per usual, and was done. I also apply it to my neck and around collar bone . Those lines are slightly deeper, but the primer did blur the thinner lines.
