As a primer, this would go on after your moisturizer, but before your foundation and concealer in the areas of concern. I love this Clarins product. I rarely use foundation and use this instead. It feels wonderful on my skin and the extra layer in the cold weather is a plus. Only a very small amount if needed. I highly recommend it.
