I have pretty fine hair so I'm always concerned with hair health and keeping heat tools from damaging my hair. This product required a little trial and error to find the right amount and application but once mastered I started to love it and now use it every day. A little goes a long way, too much makes my hair greasy. I put a little on my hair each morning when I style my hair and it does an excellent job protecting and moisturizing my hair thoughout the day. I have a lot of flyaways and this product helps control them more than any other product I've found.
