Step 1: Set up. Lay the blanket flat on a heat-resistant surface. Plug in and press the power button to preheat on the highest setting for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare. If using without the Sauna Blanket Insert, wear a long-sleeved shirt, pants, and socks to protect your skin from direct heat contact. For a clothing-free session, use the HigherDOSE Sauna Blanket Insert.
Step 3: Get in. Adjust to your desired temperature, zip yourself inside, and settle in for 30--50 minutes. The blanket auto shut-off after 60 minutes --- it will beep when your session ends.
Step 4: After your session, allow the blanket to cool before wiping it down. Stay hydrated before and after use for optimal results.
Use 2--3 times a week to support detox, recovery, and glowing skin.
Complete the Ritual: Before you zip in, roll on the HigherDOSE Heat-Activated Treatment Oil to targeted areas to intensify heat, boost circulation, and deepen your detox. During your session, the Sauna Blanket Insert keeps things comfortable and cleanup effortless. After, replenish minerals lost through sweat with the Transdermal Magnesium Spray, or wind down with a Serotonin Bath Soak to ease muscles, restore magnesium levels, and bring the body fully back to balance.
Do not use on leather, memory foam, tempurpedic, or latex surfaces as high heat may cause damage. For adult use only --- not suitable for children. Do not use if pregnant, have hemophilia, or heat sensitivity. Consult your physician before use if you are taking medications, have cardiovascular conditions, abnormal blood pressure, chronic conditions, recent surgery, or any implanted devices including heart defibrillators. Always stay hydrated before and after use.

I was a bit wary before purchasing because it's not cheap but man this thing gets HOT on the max setting and that is EXACTLY what I was looking for. My only small quibble is that I wish it were just a tad bit longer (I am 6'3") but it is long enough to work nonetheless and I'm very happy with it. Seems to be very good quality and definitely worth the price. Easy to set up easy to use and easy to clean.

I've been absolutely loving my HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket! It's become one of my favorite ways to relax and reset after a long day. The heat feels incredibly soothing, and I've noticed a huge difference in how relaxed my muscles feel afterward. It helps release built-up tension and seems to eliminate the knots I often get in my back, which is a game changer. I also love how easy and convenient it is to use at home. It's become an essential part of my wellness routine and something I genuinely look forward to every day!

I've used infrared saunas and sauna blankets at a wellness studio before and really enjoyed the experience, so I was excited to get the HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket for my home. While I'll admit I don't love it quite as much as being in an actual sauna, I really like having the option at home (especially while I'm living in an apartment). It gives me a way to get that same general sauna experience without having to pay for regular sauna sessions, and it's a fraction of the cost of actually installing or heating a sauna. I've already incorporated it as part of my recovery routine post-workout. The heat helps my muscles relax and helps me unwind after a workout class before bed. I like to use it on days that I feel more sore than normal and want some extra recovery without leaving my apartment. There is a little bit of a barrier to using it tho. You need to use it on a yoga mat (not a couch or carpet) and you're supposed to be fully covered with clothing and socks while using it. Because of that I'll probably invest in the insert towel, so there's less of a barrier to getting in and out, especially if I want to use it right after a workout without changing. Overall, I think it's a really convenient option if you love saunas but don't have access to one at home or don't want to spend the money on regular sessions. It doesn't completely replace the feeling of an actual sauna for me, but the convenience makes it worth having.
