Don't buy it!
I have purchased a few of these. A few of them have lasted up to two weeks and the new one I purchased lasted for 4 applications. I have shaken the wand and tried to clean it but it still doesn't work. This is now one of my least favorite eyeliners. My Kat Von D lasted for months.

I would never buy again.
This used to be my favorite eyeliner until recently. It's really hard to put on, it's dry and when it does come out it dries fast and gets flaky.
L'Oréal eyeliner
I actually use this to fill in my eyebrows and it works!
Bought it and literally can't use it
Spent nearly an hour and a half trying to apply my eyeliner that I'd just gotten yesterday. What'd come out was in an unholy, disjointed shape, and when it did it was disgustingly crusty looking. I had to get my old eyeliner from the trash to finish my makeup.
Smudges to area above eyelid quickly
I love the ease of application, however after just a few hours the liner smudged to the area above my eyelid. Would not recommend to anyone older where this area sags a little.
Terrible eyeliner
This eyeliner is so hard to work with. It's dry and only comes out if you press super hard. Super hard to get a clean line. Dries fast and then gets flaky.
