I love this makeup removing cleanser! It is so gentle yet effective at removing even my waterproof mascara! I apply it to my face dry and then rinse after massaging all over my face for at-least 15 seconds. It rinses well and you wouldn't even have to double cleanse if you didn't want to. This product was gifted by TonyMoly in exchange for my honest review.
