Wrap the adjustable strap around the treatment area: neck, shoulders, upper or lower back, hips, elbows, wrists and hands, knees, ankles and feet, or abdomen. • If you experience numbness, skin irritation, dizziness, or feel pain, stop using this device immediately and consult your physician.

• If any part of the device is cracked, broken, or damaged or if there are signs of moisture or condensation on the inside of the device, discontinue use immediately.
