Hydrating but also mattifying lightweight water gel
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The LA ROCHE-POSAY hyalu b5 water gel is a repurchase. I have combo skin, and this was great for mattifying oily areas yet hydrating dry areas. It's very tricky to find a product that satisfies the needs of my dry skin while also not worsening my oily T zone. I did go through this product rather quickly because my dry patches soaked this right in. I loved the texture of this face water gel. It is a very soft, lightweight face gel. It did not irritate my sensitive skin. There is barely a scent to this product. I preferred to use this product in my morning routine since it is more lightweight. The packaging was simple and cute. Overall, I recommend.
Lightweight and refreshing
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This gel has a very light, see-through texture and a subtle, fresh, powdery scent, making it perfect for hydration without feeling cloying or heavy on the skin. I like that it is easy to apply; there is no need for an applicator or anything of the sort, just press and you're good to go. Also, its packaging makes it easy to take with you for travel. I've noticed that some of the light expression marks from smiling have disappeared after some applications, thanks to the Hyaluronic Acid. It has been refreshing and moisturizing for my dry skin so far! I usually apply it after my serums as the next step in my day and night routine.
Lovely and sooooo smooth!
Great packaging and the smoothest nicest consistency! Feels lovely and cooling when it is applied to the skin. There is no stickiness, and it makes your skin feel very smooth. Unfortunately not the best for my particular skin type as I prefer a dewier finish. It also smells nice and light!
Exceeded expectations
I bought this to use after cleansing and before a moisturizing sunscreen because I live in the desert and need an extra moisture boost. Love it. A pea-sized amount works for my face and neck. I have combo skin and it didn't make me break out. I've noticed my skin just looks smoother and more supple. Also, the packaging works for travel. I try to keep A pretty minimal skin care routine and this will stay in my lineup!
Not hydrating enough
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product is okay. I didn't find it to be particularly hydrating on my skin and had to layer another moisturizer on top of it. I have sensitive skin and it didn't bother me.
