This is not a plumper
It gets 2 stars because it gives the effect of smoothing your lips for a little bit, but that's it. I'm guessing that's why it's a weird color, because it sits in the tiny cracks of the lips and makes it look smooth. Why all the haters?
I got this as a sample and you know I will be buying more. It goes on like a faint milky gold color. Its mint and tingly and not at all as burny-feeling as any of the other plumpers out there. I used to use Lip Venom and this is very very mild by comparison. Not overly spicy. Maybe the reviewers comparing it to jalapeños need to try some of the plumpers from a few decades ago. I rarely find things given to me on samples that i end up purchasing, but this is already in my shopping cart.

definitely plumps your lips, not painful, lasting effects i saw was that it turned the surrounding skin into lip skin but slightly darker? personally i dont hate it, definitely be careful with placement tho. ngl it does smell like cigarettes with vanilla.
Couldn't stand the smell 
This product worked really well to plump my lips and didn't sting, but it did make my lips red. I would have kept using, but I absolutely could not stand the smell of it, like musty old cigarettes. Returned.
