it's perfect but a little heavy and easy to use too much. I have thin hair so I know to only use a little thick honestly is a plus because now the bottle will last longer!!!

I prefer the air dry cream better. I thought that this would be similar to that, but with a little bit of hold, so my curls would be more defined, however, it made my hair dry and I didn't like how thick it was when I was putting it on my hair.
Great for wavy hair
My hair is that "irish curl" type, wavy underneath but not on top, and if styled without any wave definition it's a complete mess. This balm fixes that! I add a small amount to my hair post-shower by raking it through/scrunching and let it air dry. It definitely helps hydrate and define my frizzy waves better than any product I've tried so far. If used with a gel, I might get more hold, but this is a good first step!
