Shake well. Hold can 12in/30cm from dry hair, section, and spray onto roots. Massage thoroughly with fingertips to ensure roots are fully covered. Brush through to remove excess residue and style as desired.

the residue transfers a lot onto your hands/brush, i would imagine if you were to sweat with it in your hair it would be a disaster! it does do the job of soaking up excess oil but not worth it when it comes to the transfer. kristin ess brunette dry shampoo is the best

It comes out a little ashy but quickly dries dark and no white flakes in your hair to be seen dandruff. This is also a great root booster. I can use it to give volume and then fluff hair later throughout the day just using fingers.
