Fragile Item Poorly Packaged — No Online Return Option
I ordered the Polite Society highlighter from Ulta, and it arrived broken. It was shipped in one of those thin padded mailers, which was clearly squished and tossed around during shipping. The compact didn't stand a chance. For a delicate, higher-end product, it really should've been boxed and secured properly. Ulta also doesn't allow damaged items to be returned online — you have to drive to a store, which isn't an option for me since my town doesn't have one. I'd recommend purchasing in-store until Ulta improves their packaging for fragile items.

I don't usually write reviews, but this product is so amazing that I had to! I've been having trouble lately finding a face highlighter that actually shows up on your skin and has the right consistently/texture. This one checks all the boxes!

Ive been trying to find a replacement fir my holy grail highlighter that is discontinued. This is perfection! Gives the most beautiful light from within glow, abd i didnt have sny issue with glitter. Didnt accentuate the texture on face. I will say have a very light hand with it, it does pick up product easy, abd coukd break apart easily
