This stuff is awful!
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I read great reviews about this shampoo and conditioner on the Coco&Eve website. I was excited to try it. Oh boy do I regret buying it! It leaves like some coating on my hair. As soon as I get out of the shower my hair looks scraggly and piecey. Any product that I usually use on my hair only makes it worse. First wash I scrunched it and let it airdry. I had witch hair on top of my head. Next wash I put a little hair oil on the ends and heat protectant and blew dry it. It looked like I hadn't washed it for days. So I tried to smooth it with my flat iron and it stuck straight out like I loaded my hair up with mousse or some other styling product. I have no idea what this is leaving on my hair but the end result looks dry and stiff, feels dry and really doesn't add any volume. So I won't be using it anymore. I will see if one of my friends wants to give it a try.

The only positive I can say is that I enjoy the light peppermint smell. Otherwise, my hair has been so flat and greasy looking while using this.

I've been using this about a month and my stylist commented on how incredibly soft my hair is. The peppermint fragrance is pleasant and subtle. You really can't distinguish the smell of peppermint once hair is dried and other products are added. just leaves a fresh clean smell, in my opinion. I don't love the price for the size but I do think it's worth the money. I only use about a dime size of product and massage into my scalp, and I double cleanse. the shampoo lathers SO well, even on the first wash. You do not need to use a lot to get a good lather. I have incredibly fine, thin hair that has always been very flat. I'm not going to say that my hair is super voluminous now, but I do notice more body to my hair without adding volume products. overall, I really like this and I do intend to purchase again in a few months. would definitely recommend.
