This was only a 10 day supply that I received complimentary. I did see that it made my nails stronger and grow faster. It's harder to see the effects on my hair. I'd love to see what it could do if taken longer, but I don't think I could stomach it, literally. You really do have to eat it on a full ...

I enjoyed using the products simultaneously, my scalp felt cleaner and my hair felt a lot softer. I saw slightly less breakage. I didn't notice a huge difference overall and still have thinning hair but long term use may help. The shampoo bottle also was very small so didn't last long on my thick long hair.

These definitely helped with hair regrowth but they leave a nasty after taste in your mouth. Something you can push through if you want results.
