Good for the price, works well with the line!
I used this with the whole H2O lock line, and it definitely did its job. It didn't wow me specifically like the powder and primer, but it did what it said it would do. I do not like the scent it has. I prefer the pro perfect hydrating spray they have.

I have pet God rosacea and nothing keeps my foundation on to cover it! However after all day of humid weather and being busy and actively sweating, this held my foundation better than expected!

although this is described as a hydrating setting spray, don't get it twisted! it dries down with a more matte, airbrushed kind of looking finish. because it's meant to be hydrating i'd recommend using this with lighter products - honestly, i might even skip foundation next time because it (in combination with the primer/setting powder combo) gives a pretty airbrushed feeling. if you're going for full glam or stage makeup, put on the whole face. for an every day look, less is more!
