Rookie Wellness Greens & Superfoods: Gut Health + Immune Support

I have tried a ton of greens supplements over the years because greens are not something I ever eat. I love the benefits they provide but have always hated the taste of them. The Rookie Greens are the Holy Grail! They taste like a green apple lollipop. I found 10 ounces of water was the best water to packet combination when it comes to taste. Also, this brand does not have a gritty texture or flaky pieces that get stuck in your teeth. A benefit I noticed after I started taking them was that I didn't have a mid day energy crash which was amazing. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is looking to get more greens into their diet without having to eat them. An added bonus is they are individually packaged so you can take them on the go. The greens mix well in cold water and have a low grit I don't mind at all. The flavor is immaculate. I can actually sip this and not have to hold my nose and chug.
