Maybe I like this product
I got this lip liner today right before watching the Clayface movie. (By the way, great movie!) Now, keep in mind the movie had already started, and I was pretty late. However, I was mainly late to the movies because I wanted to see if my closest Ulta had this product in stock. I had seen videos and reviews on this liner, and as a plump lover like me, I love anything with that plumping effect. I've tried the strongest lip oil so far, which is the Polite Society XL. Anyways, as I finally purchased the product, I used it as soon as I could. When I tried it without any lip products, it wasn't as strong. It was there, but I felt like, yeah, I would feel a more dramatic difference if this had more of a plumping feeling. However, it makes me want to apply more. There are times when I use my lip plumper just because it's there, like once every three days. This lip liner just feels addicting to put on. It's comfortable, and I think it's meant for a subtle, plumping everyday lip look. Just this and Vaseline added gives a subtle everyday plump. However, I just wish it had more of a dramatic plumping effect.

i've been on the lookout for a clear matte lip plumper for some time now, and there are slim pickings out there! it does have a bit of a burning sensation, but nothing crazy - i've absolutely had worse from much less effective plumpers. it does have a slight chalky clay color to it, but it's easily buffed out with your finger, and you can totally get away with wearing it without any kind of balm or other product over top.

i expected to return this but i will be keeping it! plumps well and looks very natural. i madr the made mistake of overlining first use so now i am careful to only line the lip and not skin

This product does make a noticeable difference in my lips for sure! Really love that I can wear it under any lip product, which is exactly why I bought it. It does have a warming, tingling sensation so avoid if you can't tolerate that.
Price increase
Its new on ulta and within a few days it went up two dollars. Hard to justify with little reviews
