The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct Acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

I really like this toner and it is part of my daily and evening routine. It feels gentle on the skin and really does make a noticeable difference in the smoothness of my skin. I will never not have this product. My skin: in her mid 40s Combination/Oily Not sensitive
Scalp refresh
All other shampoos had failed to get the gunk out of my hair at the roots. I apply this to my scalp, starting in the back with head tilted backwards. Be careful as the product does run onto your face. Overall i could not recommend this enough for anyone thst sweats daily or lives in humidity or with hard water. I ise it 2xs a week and it cleans my roots. Miracle. Seriously.

I would buy this product again.
It did help clear up my acne a lot. I only use it twice a week since it dries out my skin a lot. It helped with strawberry arms. It also helped my scalp a lot. Overall it was a useful product, which I could use for many things. It works well with moisturizer.
I will always have this go to item in my beauty routine

It can also exfoliate areas of the body experiencing rough and bumpy skin.
