I like but I don't LOVE
My first impression of this lip oil is the beautiful plush lip applicator. Love love LOVE. It hugs the lips perfectly. AND that it smells like mint! I'm not a fan of my lip products having a scent. It is not as powerful as the Patrick Ta sparkly lip plumper cinammon scent that has that lasting power...

Beautiful, but not very hydrating
As I said in my review for elf's original lip oils, I think they are pretty and have nice shades, but are not hydrating or nourishing to the lips and instead dry them out and are more for the cosmetic aspect than the hydration aspect. I feel the same way about these in that they are not very hydrating. However, I prefer these to the original lip oils because these have a really beautiful glimmer to them that I have not found in any other drugstore lip oils. I have shades Crystal Baller and Princess Cut, as well as the Jelly Pop oil, and I really love the look of these. They are really shimmery and beautiful while still being wearable; I'd wear this to a New Year's party, or to the grocery store. I also think that these last a bit longer than the original oils due to the shimmer, though again they still aren't very hydrating. Even with that being said, I'd still recommend these because they really are beautiful...if they were more hydrating I might call these my favorite lip oils ever.
good lip gloss to much sparkle
elf is KNOW for having glowy things and great lip glosses. obviously i bought it because what a good combo! when i got the lip gloss i thiugh the sparkle would be very subtle sparkle…i was wrong. it has alot of sparkle to it. maybe to much…from a far away it looks like i have silver lipgloss on 😢 sadly im gonna return it

It's really good!! It's not too shimmery but it's just enough where it's not too much! The shades of it are very pretty!! I highly recommend!
