I've used this for a few weeks now, I mix it in with my Pacifica moisturizers and I apply it directly to my skin and use the Pacifica facial roller. I have been saving it for nighttime use and always feel like I wake up with fresher and fresher skin. It really helps with red spots and evening my skin tone and reducing acne scars. Love Love Love!!!
I'm torn on pacifica. Half of their products are affordable clean beauty basics that I love and keep buying and the other half are gimmicky meme products that are pointless junk. This is definitely the latter. The dropper applicator is cute for 2 seconds while you pretend to be a beauty guru but it doesn't take long to realize how messy and unhygienic they are. Pumps please! The product is extremely watery, yet not easily spreadable. Some product dribbled onto my shirt and it is permanently lightened where the product hit, even after scrubbing with soap and water. Luckily it's just lounging shirt but still, massive fail in my book. It looks and feels ok on the skin, and it layered nicely under my pacifca dreamy youth moisturizer and did not cause irritation but that's all the nice things I can say about this. It didn't really appear to do anything. As other reviews have pointed out, its suspect that the percentages of either active are not mentioned. Between the messy, watery application and the fact that it didn't improve my skin texture or anything makes me wonder why this product exists and who it's for. It also has this jarring fake cupcake smell to it, which isn't nauseating but seems out of place for a vitamin c serum. Bottom line is don't buy this if you want a product that's easy to apply, won't bleach your clothes or has actives that actually do something.
Been using for a week. Already making a difference!
I bought this a while ago and had a lot of hopes! i used this for a month or two and used it before bed and before i did my makeup in the morning. i liked it because it was moisturizing and gave my skin a natural glow but it didn't do anything else. It didn't help my acne, scars, discoloration, or anything else to my skin. I would recommend it for a moisturizer but nothing more! No negative results just not positive ones!
This is my third purchase of this serum. Earlier this year I tried another vitamin C serum, and it was nowhere near as good as Pacifica. I will be sticking to only this one going forward. Highly recommended.
