What product do a I use day and which one do I use at night?
- Asked by Hehe
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! Instructions are on the box and website, but for quick reference, the Vitamin C Serum is for daytime and the Vitamin A Serum is for nighttime. If we can assist further, please let us know. :)Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Can this product be used in a routine with a glycolic acid facial cleanser?
- Asked by Ija
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! We don't recommend using the Vitamin C Serum or Vitamin A Serum with a glycolic acid cleanser. You could stagger their use though - for example: Vitamin C Serum in the morning and cleanser at night; or cleanser in the morning and Vitamin A Serum at night. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I use Gua Sha and was wondering if these oils could be used with this tool?
- Asked by New to you
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! Our Vitamin C Serum and Vitamin A Serum are not oils, as they are both water-based. We recommend our Antioxidant Facial Oil instead. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
What percentage is the vitamin c?
- Asked by Arcy
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! Our Vitamin C Serum utilizes sodium ascorbyl phosphate (SAP), a form of vitamin C that is much more stable and less prone to oxidation than some traditionally used forms of vitamin C. It’s a wonderful option for all skin types, including sensitive and acne-prone. The recommended percentage for efficacy without irritation is different for various forms of vitamin C, and therefore they cannot be compared simply on a % basis. Our serum would be comparable to a 15-20% L-ascorbic acid serum. We use a combination of vitamin C, vitamin E and ferulic acid as this trio of ingredients has been shown to offer a compounding antioxidant effect. Please let us know if we can assist further. :)Was this answer helpful to you

I am going to try the Mad Hippie Triple C Night Cream. While looking at all the products in this line I noticed there is a Triple C Day Cream. I read the ingredients list and it looks to be exactly the same for both. What IS the difference between the two? And, can I not use the Triple C Night Cream both day and night for the same benefits? Thank you for your help!
- Asked by Debbie
- Official Answer By Mad HippieThanks for reaching out! We have three wonderful moisturizers: Face Cream, Antioxidant Facial Oil, and Triple C Night Cream. We do not make a Triple C Day Cream, however, the Triple C Night Cream can be used morning or night - whenever extra hydration is needed. Please let us know if we can assist further! Was this answer helpful to you

New to the brand
So I was looking for a whole new routine for the winter and I had heard great reviews about this brand. I went to Ulta's website and started doing some research! I have been using these products for about 2 weeks now and my skin is feeling AMAZING! I really liked the fact that I could try these out ...

Disapointed
I was hopeful for this product based on the reviews, and unfortunately it fell flat. Dried my face out which caused more breakouts, and did not fade any "dark spots" or "acne scars. The product amount is very small for the cost, and the dropper doesn't work well so a lot of product is wasted. Will...

Works wonders
This stuff cleared up my skin in no time! Leaves me feeling hydrated and shiney, also super clean. I have combination skin and it literally works wonders. Get it!!
I would buy this product again
I love using Mad Hippie Vitamin A and C Serums, they are not heavy amd absorb quickly into the skin of my face.
This product is amazing!
I love both of these serums. I didn't experience any adverse reactions to either (which I sometimes can) and my skin is glowing.
Feels great on dry skin

Skin Type Dry
Purchased this duo after my current brand halted US sales, and I wish I'd discovered it sooner. Both of these feel great on my dry skin, and I notice that the texture of my skin has already gotten softer and smoother after only about a week's use. They don't feel heavy, oily, or sticky, nor are they heavily fragranced, although they each have a light, pleasant scent. I will buy full-size versions of each.
Smoother and Brighter skin

Since using both the products I've notice my skin to feel smoother, softer and brighter. I'm a newbie to this product but loving what I see so far. I love the idea of a product that uses more natural ingredients to care for the skin. I haven't worn makeup in over 4 years and this product has helped me feel better about my skin and the decision to not wear makeup.
