Didn't work for me

I don't know why I try new products at Ulta anymore, I am usually disappointed and this product was another disappointment. Didn't detangle at all, ended up giving it away.
Do not understand the hype
I purchased this with high hopes and was let down. It did absolutely nothing for my hair. For reference, my hair is long, it's fine but I have A LOT of it. I would have returned if Ulta didn't make returns so difficult.

My hair is minimally processed, medium-length,, super fine and sparse, and extremely oily= tangles very easily and becomes weighed down and greasy-looking with the help of almost no product. I take caution to use this very sparingly and have found it to be one of the best (among many!) I've tried to minimize tangling and provide a shiny yet clean finish. While I'm very cost conscientious, I find this to be a great value and will repurchase!

What is the difference between Perfecting Leave-In and Glossing Detangler? This was asked buy another person but the response did not answer the question. Based on product details, they both appear to do the exact same thing with the exception that Glossing Detangle can be reapplied on the 2nd and 3rd day on "DRY" hair before styling. Please provide clarification on these two products. Thank you

The Glossing Detangler is a lightweight spray that detangles, adds shine, and protects from heat. It helps you brush through hair easily and can be used on damp or dry hair to refresh and smooth. The Perfecting Leave-In is a more nourishing cream that hydrates, smooths frizz, and helps repair damage while reducing breakage. It’s best used on damp hair as your styling foundation. Is anyone else disappointed with the pump? The liquid is so thick that the pump quits working. Its very irritating.
