I have been using this product for months prior to blow drying my hair every other day. Upon first use, I remember being happy with the results for sure, but never knew if it was other new products i began using at the same time to credit for the good hair days, or this product. I continued the same routine including this product for months and just yesterday before blow drying my hair, i forgot to apply this product to my ends/mid-lengths. I remember thinking to myself that i'll just apply it after i blow dry, no big deal. Well, i totally forgot, and for the next day and a half, i couldn't figure out why my hair was so unmanageable and getting tangled so easily/poofy. I hated the way it felt. Then it hit me, i forgot my redken serum!!!! I applied it to my dry hair, and it still instantly fixed the problem. I love and swear by this product for making your hair more manageable, less tangly, more shiny and soft, while not being greasy!

I love this product BUT the bottles continue to get smaller and they are not even filled to the top. In fact the last few I have purchased have a 1/4" space. The price just continues to rise. Extremely disappointing but haven't found a product like to replace yet.
