Seems good, just not for my hair
I like that Food For Soft by Matrix gives your hair heat protection up to 450°, which most oils don't do. My hair needs a lot of this oil to make it look healthy; however, when I put the amount I need it looks greasy. I apply this to my damp hair and then let my curly hair air dry and after it dries...

Hydrating oil serum but too heavy for low porosity fine hair
I liked this oil at first but noticed if i applied it on my hair, it made it really greasy and heavy. My hair is thin and realized the avacado oil was too heavy for the porosity level.
My favorite styling oil
I like to use this serum after I've finished drying my curls to seal in moisture and separate curl clumps. It works amazingly and doesn't make my hair feel weighed down. A little definitely goes a long way. If I use too much, it will make my curls look weighed down. The only con for me is that the product has an incredibly strong fragrance (just like the rest of the food for soft line). Sometimes the fragrance is overpowering, leaving me to omit it from my curl routine.

Easy to apply
No super strong smell with this product, so it shouldn't bother any sensitive noses. Its easy to apply, you squish the top of the dropper and get the product in there so you don't have to squeeze too much out or pour out too much. Helps to make your hair soft
