Seems good, just not for my hair
I like that Food For Soft by Matrix gives your hair heat protection up to 450°, which most oils don't do. My hair needs a lot of this oil to make it look healthy; however, when I put the amount I need it looks greasy. I apply this to my damp hair and then let my curly hair air dry and after it dries...

I use it on damp hair after showering and on my dry hair during the day to tame frizz or flyaways. Plus, it is great to apply at night before bed as a leave-in treatment.
