Tastes Great! But Basically a Citicholine Supplement

Lemme Focus tastes like a strawberry froot roll up and is so delicious that you want to take more than 2. To make this review short, I want to start by saying that the only real significant amount of benefits that you will get in this supplement is from the 250mg cognizin citicholine. I have been ta...king CDP citicholine for the past 2 years alongside with huperzine A, so I already know it improves my memory immensely and is not just placebo because it did not work right away. The Lemme Focus supplement is definitely one that you will have to take consistently and give some time to see the effects (maybe 10-14 days). If it weren't for the 250mg of citicholine in this supplement and costing roughly the same amount that I purchased my old CDP citicholine supplement for, I probably would not purchase again. The amount of lion's mane and MCT oil this supplement contains is not significant at all. For instance, there are only 10mg of MCT oil in the serving of 2 gummies. Generally, it is recommended to start out with only 1/2 teaspoon of MCT oil and increase up to 1 teaspoon. This is a very small amount in which I saw effects in my focus when doing 1/2 teaspoon of MCT oil daily. In comparison the 10mg that are contained in 2 Lemme Focus gummies comes out to .002 of a teaspoon. They might as well not even put MCT oil as an ingredient. As for the lions main, many clinical studies have used 1200mg to prove the benefits to be statistically significant; however, Lemme Focus only contains 25mg in 2 gummies. Again, I am sure there are studies that may show benefits with less than 1200mg, but 25mg just seems too little to have any noticeable effect. Overall, the only reason I plan to repurchase these is to replace my 250mg CDP citicholine capsules I was taking daily anyways. I know that 250mg is pretty standard and was effective for me and for roughly the same price I much rather take this citicholine gummy supplement than swallow a capsule which is what I think the true smart business model was in making these supplements. Studies show that people much rather drink or eat their supplements rather than swallowing them (hence why coffee and pre workout is much more popular than taking a caffeine pill), so I think the true success in Kourtney's design is the idea of making something edible, yet tasty without all the sugar and bad ingredients which I think is what will truly make this brand a success and for people to continue to repurchase these supplements despite there being better cheaper ones out there.
