as a gourmand girl, i didn't love it, but i liked it
I really wanted to love this, especially based on other reviews. I love gourmands, but the mists ("toppings") gave fake gourmand to me. The Hot Cakes fragrance itself wasn't bad, and after being on my skin for a while it does start to smell like maple syrup. However, the Extra Whip was super disappo...

Sweet tooth
If you like a SWEET fragrance, this combo is for you. Personally, hot cakes is even a little too sweet for my liking and I love a gourmand. But I can see others loving it. I think the body spray, however, would pair well with a lot of other fragrances to give it a milkier, creamier, fluffier feel.

Flap Jacks n Whip
Smell like a delectable pancake house yes for me! May not be for everyone as Hot cakes is very maple forward and buttery but i love it! Adding extra whip mist and hot cakes perfume together gives you a log cabin feel as extra whip mist leans slightly woody. The two scents play well with other gourmands but are made in sweet syrup heaven together.
