Roma fan
Normally go for the coral scent with Valentino but this was a 2 for 1. Definitely a sweet lingering scent. Not too strong. One spray lasts. I will inform that it is not pictured correctly for advertisement. It shows that it has the rigid travel spray cover in the pictures but the physical produc...

Risky purchase for beautiful scent
The product image is misleading. The travel spray shown has the pink rockstud sleeve, but I received a plain glass vial with a label which looks nothing like the photo. I ordered this as a gift and the packaging was part of the appeal. Customer service said this was a "manufacturer issue" and "we c...

Deceptive photos
Wow just wow! After the true reviews regarding not receiving the item as shown in Ulta website they turn around and update their photo.
Don't not buy
Item don't match with picture what I received before they show big bottle size that's why i purchased two order but so disappointed i get little tube size bottle
False Advertisement
Ulta has updated the original photo to show the item they're shipping out. However when I placed my order the gift set I ordered had the studded travel stick. The one I received by doesn't. Ultas customer service also didn't do anything to rectify or send the correct item.
False advertising
Sent me a simple sample spray bottle, which is not at all what I ordered or what was advertised. Customer service was completely unhelpful in reaching a resolution that made sense. Don't buy. You won't get what you ordered.
Bait & Switch
What I ordered & what I received were not the same thing. "Customer service" provided no solution other than to return the product & re order when back in stock. That's not a resolution when this was purchased during a 50% off promotion. I told them they could refund 50% because 50% of what they sent was not as pictured or they could send me single bottles of thr correct item both of which were refused. You could think after the Ulta beauty ticket debacle they would actually want to provide customer service.
