Virtue Flourish Healthy Hair Growth Drug-Free Density Booster

I am a cancer survivor so when I started to regrow my hair, I started thinking about hair regrowth products. I immediately switched my shampoos and conditioners to ones that would be conducive to hair growth, but otherwise, I trusted that my hair would grow back because my hair had always grown very quickly. The length came back pretty quickly, but I started noticing certain spots on my scalp still being fairly bald or very thin and so I started researching hair growth products. I tried a bunch of stuff - basically, if it was sold at a beauty store, didn't require a prescription, and was topical; I tried it. Some of the hair regrowth products smell terribly. They literally smell worse than I would imagine what working in the morgue smells like, and I feel like I'm being very kind with that description. And, at least in my experience, the ones that smelled the worst worked the worst. During a sale at some point, I think actually at the other store the first time, I purchased this product. I immediately loved the smell. In my opinion, it smells exactly like the inside of an Aveda spa (which I would wear this as a perfume for that reason alone). I see some of the reviews complaining about the smell, and I'm legitimately confused by that. I guess scent is a specific personal opinion. But to think that this smells bad is quite confusing to me. My biggest problem areas on my scalp are my temples and the crown of my head. My temples were so thin you could see my scalp no matter how I styled my hair. And at the crown, I could feel the difference in my hair by weight and when styling my hair. I started using this product and specifically concentrating the sprays at my temples and my crown. I like to put it in at night as I'm doing my skincare, and then after it's had a moment to soak in I brush my hair to distribute it a little bit. It did not take long before I noticed an improvement at the rate my hair was falling out. I also started to see less of my scalp at my temples, which was so exciting when I realized it. I was seeing a lot of progress, and then I stopped using it because I ran out and didn't replace it. I tried other products, I spent a little bit of time using zero products and just letting my hair grow in naturally. In the end I decided to come back to this product because it was super effective, and I enjoyed using it. So I've already talked about the scent, the other thing that I like is that I can use this every night and it does not make my hair look greasy or weigh it down. And I'm putting it directly at my scalp, so at the thinnest parts of my hair, and it's still does not make it look like I have product in it like some of the others did. I also did not notice the scent lingering, but that could be because I sleep in it. I honestly wouldn't mind if it lingered a little. I would really like to try the matching shampoo and conditioner because I have a feeling it would make that much more of a difference with my hair growth, and if they smelled the same, I would use them just for the scent alone. Most people could probably use this and then stop once they have the results they want but menopause (thanks cancer) has given me thinner hair too so I feel like I will always want to increase my hair density. Now that I know I love this I've since stocked up during sales (will never run out again, learned my lesson there) and will use this product untill it is no longer made.

I switched to this hair thickening product after many years of using a different one that was discontinued. Always disappointing when that happens but as it turns out, this one is MUCH better. The smell is a bit strong but it doesn't stay on my hair. I only smell it when applying. Think "cedar" smell. Gives my hair great body and bounce with zero crunch and I see my hair thickening up QUITE A BIT since switching to this product. It's my go to forever, for sure! It's pricey so I try to buy when I can find a discount!

Bought this initially 10 days postpartum because I had heard of the hair loss people experience, and i wanted to start treating it early. After 5 months of INCONSISTENT (about 2-3x/week, some weeks not doing it) use, I finally have hair near the edges of my hairline again, something I hadn't seen for YEARS. I just bought my second bottle, and even though im currently in the thick of PP hair loss/shedding, i still cknsistebtly see new growth and more fullness near my hair line. Hoping with more consistent use the shedding will minimize, but so far this is a 5/5 for me!
