Do not apply mascara before or after FALSCARA.
Step 1: Brush a light coat of BOND on natural lashes. A little goes a long way!
Step 2: Use the APPLICATOR to pluck a WISP from the tray. As shown, pick up a WISP from the middle-outer end for optimal control. One by one, gently place the WISPS underneath the base of your natural lashes, slightly away from the waterline. Apply wisps starting from the outer corner of lash line, working inwards (or vice versa). Place WISPS right next to each other for a seamless look.
Step 3: Dab a thin coat of SEAL under WISPS to eliminate any sticky residue and hold WISPS in place. Pro tips: If needed, after applying SEAL under WISPS, use the APPLICATOR or your fingers to squeeze the WISPS against your natural lashes; this helps the WISPS adhere for a more secure hold.
TO REMOVE:
• Saturate a cotton pad with FALSCARA REMOVER (sold separately) or oil-free makeup remover.
• Place pad over eyes for 10 seconds, then gently wipe or peel off WISPS and BOND & SEAL.
TO REUSE WISPS:
• Place used WISPS on a paper towel, coat with FALSCARA REMOVER or oil-free makeup remover, then let sit for 10 seconds.
• Saturate a cotton swab with remover and gently wipe away BOND & SEAL residue from the WISPS. Store WISPS in original packaging.

- Official Answer By KISS Products - Brand EngageNo. For removal: saturate a cotton pad with our Falscara rosewater-infused REMOVER or any of your favorite oil-free makeup remover and place the pad over your eyes for at least 30 seconds gently massaging away the wisps and bond and seal. Gently wipe or lift away WISPS, along with any remnants of BOND & SEAL. If the bond residue is still left on your natural lashes, repeat until removed. I bought this expecting it to be a pretty long lasting glue, I like to wear my lashes for about a week at a time. After reading some reviews, I was hoping this would last at least 2-3 days, but it didn't even last overnight. I applied these and a couple hours later they were already starting to lift...

Mastered this product
I've been using this for years starting off with just the black invisible seal and now alternating back and forth with the clear bond. I LOVE this product despite what some other reviews say. I never use it with the kiss clusters, I make my own from strips like royal silk or buy other pre cut clusters. The trick with this product is to invest in the overnighter (a MUST) as well as micellar water for removal, specifically the one with the blue top. I see people complain about never being able to get it off but i use the micellar water and hold it with a makeup remover cloth for a min or so and I've never ever had issues getting it off. The only thing I will say is I kinda feel like the clear bond holds a couple days longer than the black bond. I also occasionally note a strong odor similar to acetone in the seal portion of the clear bond on a case by case batch basis. This is completely random but makes me think there's a slight variations with certain batches. If you don't get them wet too soon, touch them up every 3 days with the bond, seal, & overnighter, and leave them alone I find they can last a week or so.

It works better immediately after the intial applications but as the days go on, the glue doesnt work as well.
