Place the cluster underneath your natural lashes, avoiding the waterline. I have eyelash glue allergies and I have been using these for some time to get that dramatic lash look instead of glue on lashes. Unfortunately, this time around I bought a large set of the clusters and most if not all of them don't actually stick on anymore. Not sure if the formula has changed or if the pre-bonded glue isn't being applied well but now no matter how hard I press these things on they fall off in seconds. It's a shame because they worked before.
