The trick is to be generous with this remover, saturate the lashes/adhesive and give it some time to work to breakdown the adhesive before tugging at the lashes. Soak a cotton round and hold it over your lash for at least 10 seconds; if the lashes are still on strong you're going to need to hold it there for longer but keep that round saturated. You can also use two rounds and sandwich the lases; this may speed up the process because you're hitting the lashes from the top and bottom. I have also used q-tips to precisely apply the remover and rolled it back and forth til the glue gave out and the lash came off but this one takes a bit more time...it's useful to those who don't like to cover their whole eye. I have somewhat sensitive eyes and I wear contact daily but haven't had any issues with burning/stinging/blurriness. If you are sensitive to this or blow through it too quickly, you can also use eye makeup remover and follow the same kind of process. Anything that has that oily slip to is will breakdown the adhesive.
Since it appears to be formulated specifically for the Falscara product, I really expected more from this remover. I am able to gently pull off the extensions without the remover, but it takes a long time of soaking and rubbing my lashes, and even still they are left with glue residue. I got this so I could ensure that I was getting all the glue off my lashes at the end of the day to minimize the risk of my natural lashes getting damaged. I will have to look for more effective alternatives because I was let down by the effectiveness of this remover.

The old formula took the adhesive right off. The new formula doesn't work. I'm looking to switch lash companies all together because of this.

I have been using Falscara for over a year and I bought two bottles of the remover from Ulta. One was used. It has lashes on the bottle so I didn't even open it. And the other one was straight oil. I'm assuming these are old too? They had "New" on the box. The old Falscara remover I had help take the goo off easily and it wasn't thick.

This burned my eyes so bad. It made them so swollen and the skin around them was so dry and flakey. I woke up with my eyes full of goop and they itched for the next 3 days

It was okay but I'd definitely recommend just buying a different remover. Love the lashes and glue that this is apart of or whatever but this really didn't do it like I thought it would.

First, note that the bottle is really small. Its kinda pricy for not many uses. I have to be careful not to get it in my eye or it'll burn. It does an ok job of getting the glue off but nothing spectacular. sometimes I have to use my nails to get the glue residue off. It's good if u have no other options or are in a crunch but I would recommend looking for a better alternative if u have time

This burned my eye so bad. I did exactly what it said, I rinsed my eye immediately with water. Didn't even work. I ended up using olive oil which got it off. Never again. This shouldn't be on the shelves.

I have not tried this product. I bought the lashes before realizing it came with a special remover. I thought i would be able to remove easily with my makeup remover. Micellar water does not work. I used a cleansing balm in the shower, took a small amount off. I purchased an oil based makeup remover from almay. Took about 90% of it off. I think i would reccomend that over this product. I'm tempted to buy it and compare, but probably wont unless it goes on sale or theres a coupon

I really love the Falscara sets. Cheaper than Lashify for just about the same products. But this is not like the Melt Away at all. Yes the lashes fall right off but the glue stays on lashes no matter how long you soak. I have to take off the glue with my nails which leaves a sticky mess everywhere, not to mention my lashes that come off with picking at it. I hope they can improve their formula. I may just have to get Lashify's melt away separately

it actually does work! make sure to shake it before putting it into a cotton pad! however, i put some on a cotton pad. i put the cotton pad against the lash line (for about 5 to 10 secs) & it loosens the adhesive. it helps the strip lash come right off! better than seeing alot of my lashes come off along with the adhesive..

I almost didn't buy this because there are so many bad reviews. It's confusing how many people are saying this doesn't work because it worked perfectly for me. It removed the Kiss Falscara super quickly and easily and then I used another cotton pad for each eye to get the rest of the bond off. I also read some reviews stating irritation. I have pretty sensitive skin but I didn't experience any. Overall, I'm glad I purchased this to go along with the other Falscara products as they work well together.

This product does not work.

DO NOT buy this. It does NOT work at all. I don't know how people are giving this nice reviews. I almost finished half the bottle and nothing removed. Barely anything. Also, it burned my eyes and now I think I have pink eye on my right eye. Do not buy I regret this so much.

1. You don't need this to remove the lashes, you can easily pull them off 2. Regardless of how long, how much or how many times you soak your lashes, the glue does not come off unless you also pull it from your lashes 3. If you do that, you then have glue stuck to your fingers an face, which you will also have to pull off. My eyes get irritated everytime I use this and sometimes my lashes get glued to my eyelids. Can't be a good thing

I would not recommend this product. There's no point in using it because it doesn't work. It also burned my eyes; luckily it wasn't very expensive. Take Away: either go to a professional to remove your individual lashes OR use castor oil. The castor oil method will take longer but it works and it'll save you money and your lash health.

I used it thinking it would help the glue from the lashes come off easier, ended up giving me pink eye and didn't even take off the glue as easy. I've never had pink eye in my life so this was def something out of the ordinary for me. I'm usually not sensitive to new products, I've tried a lot of different eye removers and none have ever given me an infection.

i tried removing the bond from my eyelashes but it burned and stung my eyes as i was trying to remove it . didnt even get the product off

Worked exactly as described. The wisps came right off with ease⦠no tugging or pulling. It did not remove all of the bond and seal but it left very minimal residue on my natural lashes. I would say it left less residue than if I had uses strip lashes and actual eyelash glue. I ordered the 10 day bond and seal. I will do a follow up review on how it removes that when it arrives.

I bought this product thinking it'll remove my lashes in an instant. I was so wrong! It doesn't matter how much you soak a cotton pad & it doesn't matter how long you let it sit on your eyes. The product is a waste of money & time. It removes absolutely nothing. Wish I never wasted my money.

I'm in LOVE with Kiss Falscara! And this remover cleans the lashes and removes all of the glue and seal! So easy! Definitely will continue to use this product! I have no irritation in my eye area after using this. Bonus!

this product did not remove my extensions. it's like it's never even doing anything. i've been using it for over 15 mins now and my eye lash extensions will not budge. maybe this words for fake lashes applied with glue but definitely not to remove lash extensions done by a professional
ac from vacaville
didn't necessarily need this remover to remove the falscara lashes but I used this to try to remove the glue from my lashes and I wish this was more effective to remove the glue without so much rubbing of my eyes and lashes. Neutrogena eye makeup remover works just as well and more product for price

I swear by this product every since I came across it. I wear lashes daily and this product makes it so much easier to wipe the glue off without damaging the real lashes. Its so nourishing as well. It doesn't make your eyes burn. Try it if you are a fan of eyelashes. You won't regret it.

Ive tried everything to remove my falsies. Various oils, soaps, makeup removers, etc. This is the only product that works. I shake a little onto my finger and rub the strip of my lashes for about 30 seconds and they slide right off with ease with no tugging at all. Im ordering a few more
Kat from Orange
I honestly really love the falscara lashes but the remover was definitely not for me. It completely irritated my eye to the point where it got really swollen.
