Silly and a waste
I didn't get it for free like every other blasted review. It's not my cup of tea and honestly if you don't have acne or severe skin issues then this is a waste of a purchase. It's cool and fun, but honestly put your money into a savings account.

This little baby rocks! Love that I can give myself a facial at home. It's super easy to use. Really cleans the gunk out of your pores. I'm really obsessed with the de-puffing attachment. Love that I can do hot and cold settings.

This little device is awesome!!! Love that I can give myself a facial at home! It's extremely easy to use and clean. I love that you can use the depuff attachment more often. The cooling and heating is pretty neat!

Love this at home facial system!! I exfoliate and hydrate with what feels like an at home diamond glow facial and then do the daily depuffer and circulation booster. You will love this if you get it! Instructions are straightforward and it's super easy to clean. My daughter loves that there is a gentler speed too.
Almost perfect…
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Shark FACIALPRO GLOW Extract, Hydrate & Depuff at home - in 5 simple steps - for a Radiant Glow just like you get with professional services. Whilst using the device with the Weekly Pro Glow Routine (9 min, the first few times take longer as you're learning how to use the device); advised to start with clean, dry skin & prep with instheat to loosen impurities. Step 1 (3 minutes) Apply DERM DETOX (aha & bha serum, the smaller bottle labeled 1) in a thin layer over entirety of face, avoiding eyes & mouth, and wait 3 minutes. Step 2 (3 minutes) Fill tank with cool water to "max" fill line. Attach WIDE TIP (normal or gentle depending on skin type and or comfort level) and turn on. Adjust intensity based on comfort level and proceed gliding over face as directed. Pause device and switch to T-ZONE TIP (normal or gentle) for targeting more specific areas. The device time will resume and pause after 3 minutes, indicating it's time for the next step. Rinse face. Step 3 (3 minutes) Fill tank with HYDRO INFUSE (bottle 2) to "MAX" fill line. Repeating Step 2. Use DEPUFFI on INSTACHILL to apply moisturizer afterwards to soothe skin. It's so refreshing, feels lovely. Followed by SPF if during the daytime. Rinse and wash tips, dump tank and refill with clean water, run cleaning cycle, leave to dry. Daily DEPUFFING ROUTINE (4 minutes) Starting with a clean face and the DePuffi attachment, apply favorite oil, serum, or moisturizer to face for smoother glide. INSTACHILL - glide over face, neck, and jawline in an up and outward motion. 3 temperatures to choose from. INSTHEAT - glide over face, neck, and jawline to boost circulation, and lymphatic flow. 3 temperatures to choose from. So far I do enjoy using this device. The skincare products are great, albeit a bit pricey. I wasn't impressed by the "exfoliation" from the device itself, I find that using the included skincare products was more than efficient. To me, it's not much different other than design, than those available 20 years ago. Where this product shines is the DEPUFFI. It feels truly amazing, whether it's being used to cool/heat, they're both truly amazing. This is the only part that is okay to use your own products either the device, otherwise you're required to use their proprietary products.
