Gently shake before use. Apply eyeliner at the base of lashes in a fine or bold line. Never apply eyeliner inside the lash line. Keep cap tightly closed to avoid formula from drying out. Wipe brush on tissue if product does not dispense.

I recently just tried this out because I was in the market for a new liquid eyeliner and I am in lovvveee. The tip makes the application so easy. It doesn't take me long so apply. I like that it dries down matte as well and isn't shiny. I wouldn't say it's waterproof because it's fairly easy to remove at the end of the day and I don't mind that. I'm not a fan of water proof anyways.

I got this after reading the reviews and I'm so disappointed. I have been looking for a holy grail liquid eyeliner but this definitely isn't it. I have gotten prestige eyeliners so I figured I'd try less expensive ones. This came so dried up that I couldn't use it once. Unbelievable.

i really love how this eyeliner looks and applies, but even with a good primer and setting spray it absolutely gets wrecked by the end of the day!! not good for hooded eyes, and definitely not waterproof???

Honestly people doesn't know about how AWESOME this eyeliner is. I've struggled always trying to find a very ultra-fine eyeliner and OMG, I found it. The formula is perfect, waterproof (real), it lasts all day (and if you use setting spray it doesn't move at all) amazing pigmentation, and above everything they price is reaaaaaally convenient. I've gone through all brands, from very expensive to super cheap ones, and I'm not planning to keep looking, this is the one.

Love how pigmented it is but thats about it. It barely lasts an hour withiut smudging or wiping off. Absolutely not waterproof.
