This is the best liquid eyeliner I have ever used! I've bought multiple it's easy to apply and doesn't dry out easily! The brush tip applicator is foolproof.

This eyeliner is so underrated! The only con is that I wish it had a matte finish. It doesn't dry down extremely shiny but there it's definitely not matte. It could be because of the fact that it's a lash boosting serum formulated eyeliner. It's still not a big deal it's just my preference that I prefer matte finishes over shiny ones. Overall it's still so good! It's very pigmented doesn't smudge or budge and is long wearing. Also the formula doesn't dry out quickly like others I've tried. The brush tip applicator applies the product so smoothly and non streaky. Over the years I did notice that the price has gone up by a couple dollars but it's still a great affordable option at the drugstore!
