I went to get a fresh Eye Booster and saw the 'New Look' packaging. The eyeliner tube is identical to the one I had. Turns out it's a different shade/color. Beautiful liner with great control. I'm not used to using a felt tip eyeliner, but this is as good as stila at a drugstore price. The brown has good pigmentation. This never skipped or tugged on my eyelids. You can get a really nice thin line, or press a little harder for a thicker line line. I can't say anything about the last serum effect on this though, since I only use Brown eyeliner like once a week so I can't speak to that.
Received wrong color
I ordered the deep brown, received deep brown packaging, but the actual tube of product was the black liner. I did not bother repurchasing since I found another brand I liked was having a sale.

I have been using this eyeliner for a few years and I LOVE it! My hair is white so I use the black which I feel is a little more dark gray rather than harsh black. Lasts the full day and is very easy to apply.

This is so pigmented! it does not dry out when using it on top of eyeshadows, it doesn't skip. It glides very smoothly and it doesn't look dried out at all, like when the look all matte and "cracked". My favorite so far and very long lasting.
