I'm frustrated with the packaging. The caps frequently come off in my makeup bag, causing the product to become exposed, then damaged and wasted. In the past, I've resorted to taping the cap and base together with scotch tape, but that creates additional hassle when I want to use the balm. I hope your team can find a solution to improve the cap design and prevent this issue.
