Use twice a day, morning and night. Lather between palms with tepid water. Massage over makeup-free face. Rinse thoroughly; pat skin dry. Follow with Steps 2 and 3: Clarifying Lotion and Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+, Gel or Cream.

The first time I used this "gentle" cleanser, I had to immediately double check that I had the right product because of the very strong chemical smell. I can't think of any face product I've EVER used that smells like it came from my husbands garage! I does a wonderful job of removing makeup but I wouldn't feel comfortable using it daily. I'm rather shocked that its labeled a gentle cleanser since it smells like it would take the paint off a car or furniture, lol!
