1. Warm the product between your hands and apply to your neck, working from the jawline downwards.
2. Firmly press your palm five times across your neck down to your collarbone. Repeat on each side of the neck.
3. Make a loose fist with your right hand and place it just below the ears at the top of the neck. Using circular rolling motions, glide from the top of the jawline down to the collarbone. Repeat on the other side using your left hand.
