The lift from this product is great. I have very heavy, thick hair and this gives me the lift I need especially at the crown. I tried a few other root lift products and nothing worked as well.

Decent Root Lift for Flat Hair
Do you see the lift in my hair? I have naturally flat hair, and this did a pretty decent job. I applied it only to my roots on damp hair and used a blow dryer, and it gave me noticeable volume. The volume lasted for a couple of hours. If I had used a hairspray, it probably would've lasted longer, but overall it did the job.

No lift at all in the new formula. It's as if I put conditioner on my roots. PM doesn't understand fine hair. Everyone with fine hair knows the last thing you do is put conditioner on your roots.
