To begin, take out a brush head and the handle, then attach the brush head to the handle—there will be about a 0.5 mm gap between them. You may use any type of toothpaste. To prevent splashing, position the brush head against your teeth before turning the device on. Place the bristles at a slight angle toward the gumline and press the power button to start brushing. Choose from five available cleaning modes for your preferred experience. After brushing, remove the brush head from the handle, rinse it thoroughly under running water, and wipe it dry.

I like the multi operation of the toothbrush, but the brush heads are way too soft. I tried to look and see if they had medium brush heads, but they didn't seem to carry them. I'm wishing they still made the hard bristled brush heads.
