Great weekly mask for high porosity 4b hair

Where have these products been all my life? First off, this line smells amazing (be warned, it is on the strong side and may turn off those sensitive to scents), and secondly I love it. It's like a musky, fruity yet grown scent. My daughter and I have high porosity, mostly 4b (also some 4a, 3c, and random straight hairs), mostly fine strand, high density hair. Our hair tends to be dry because of the porosity, so protein is a huge help to out hair's health. This mask has some slip to it because I was able too detangle easily. It has a thick (not quite butter-thick) texture and I don't have to use too much. It will last me a while. My hair looks healthy and somehow defined after using this mask, and it feels soft and receptive to other products. My hair needed this. Also, I love the ingredient list here as it contains many beneficial ingredients as opposed to those that rely heavily on cheap fillers. Highly recommended.

I should preface this by saying that I have fine-strand, 4b, high porosity hair. This mask smells like the rest of the line, and it's a good scent but a little too much for me. I don't know how to describe the scent other than to day that it's feminine and attractive. The mask provides slip for me to detangle and actually seems to penetrate/absorb into the hair as opposed to just sitting on top. I would say it's a medium-weight mask, not heavy. It provides moisture and seems to help define my curls. It doesn't leave a lot of residue after washing it out, but does leave some of the scent behind. Overall, I like it.
